A reservation is a contract in law and you may be liable for the cost of your stay if you cancel less than 14 days before you arrive.
You are responsible for ensuring you have selected the correct room type because prices vary according to the selected room and upgrades may not be available when you check in.
All our rooms accommodate a maximum of two people per room. Extra beds or cots cannot be provided and our beds sleep two people max. Our business insurance covers two people per room and if you arrive with extra people they will be declined entry and you will be charged for the entire booking.
A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. Payments by cash, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express - no charge.
If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
You are welcome to check in as early as you wish. If you let us know what time you intend arriving we will try to have your room ready for your arrival.
